Dr. Laith Azzouni is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with over 17 years of private practice experience providing exceptional surgical care to patients throughout Coral Springs, Broward County, and South Florida.

Dr. Azzouni received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2004, graduating with honors and earning membership in Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU), the prestigious national dental honor society. He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York in 2008.

Following his residency, Dr. Azzouni joined the surgical staff at Geisinger Medical Center in Pennsylvania before relocating to Boston, where he spent a decade in private practice while serving as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine — teaching in both predoctoral and postdoctoral programs. Since 2020, South Florida has become his home.

Dr. Azzouni is a Board-Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Combining Ivy League training with a genuine commitment to patient comfort, he has built a reputation as one of the region’s most trusted oral surgeons.
