Full-Arch Restoration (All-on-4)
A Complete New Smile, Anchored by Just Four Implants
A New Smile in a Single Day
All-on-4 dental implants replace a full arch of missing or failing teeth using just four strategically-placed titanium implants — eliminating the need for individual implants per tooth or removable dentures. Dr. Azzouni uses 3D CBCT imaging and digital treatment planning to ensure precision placement, often delivering a complete new smile in a single day. The result is permanent, comfortable teeth that look, feel, and function like your own.

What is Full-Arch Restoration (All-on-4)?
Full-arch restoration is a revolutionary technique that replaces an entire upper or lower arch of teeth using just four dental implants. Unlike traditional dentures that rest on your gums, All-on-4 dentures are permanently anchored to implants, providing superior stability, comfort, and functionality.
Benefits of Full-Arch Restoration include:
- Replace all teeth in one arch with just 4 implants (cost-effective)
- Fixed in place—no slipping, clicking, or adhesives needed
- Eat anything you want—chew with confidence
- Preserves jawbone and prevents facial collapse
- Natural-looking, custom-designed smile
- Often completed in one day (same-day teeth possible)
- No more painful sore spots from traditional dentures
- Easier to clean than traditional dentures
Dr. Azzouni uses advanced 3D imaging and surgical planning software to precisely place implants at optimal angles, maximizing support and often eliminating the need for bone grafting. Most patients leave with temporary teeth the same day and receive their final prosthesis after healing is complete.

What to Expect During Full-Arch Restoration
Before Your Procedure
Dr. Azzouni will take 3D scans, evaluate your bone structure, and discuss your goals. Using digital planning software, we’ll design your new smile and create a precise surgical guide. You’ll see a preview of your final results and discuss timeline, costs, and sedation options. Treatment planning typically takes 1-2 visits.
During the Procedure
Under IV sedation, any remaining teeth are removed (if needed) and four implants are placed in precise positions. Temporary teeth are attached to the implants the same day—you’ll leave with a functional smile. The entire procedure takes 2-4 hours. You’ll go home with your companion to rest and recover.
After the Procedure
Your temporary teeth remain in place for 3-6 months while the implants fuse with your bone. During this time, you can eat soft to normal foods and function normally. Once healing is complete, your custom final prosthesis is created and attached—stronger, more refined, and perfectly tailored to your smile.

Frequently Asked Questions About Full-Arch Restoration
How much does full-arch restoration (All-on-4) cost?
Full-arch restoration typically costs $20,000-$30,000 per arch. While this is a significant investment, it’s often less expensive than replacing individual teeth with separate implants. Many patients finance treatment through CareCredit with affordable monthly payments. We provide detailed cost breakdowns and discuss all financial options during your consultation.
Am I a candidate for All-on-4?
Most adults missing most or all of their teeth in one or both arches are candidates. Even if you’ve been told you don’t have enough bone for traditional implants, the All-on-4 technique often works by placing implants at strategic angles. Dr. Azzouni will evaluate your bone structure, overall health, and goals to determine if you’re a candidate.
How long does full-arch restoration last?
With proper care, full-arch restoration can last 15-20+ years or even a lifetime. The implants themselves are permanent. The prosthetic teeth may need replacement after 10-15 years due to normal wear, but the implant foundation remains. Good oral hygiene and regular dental visits maximize longevity.
Can I eat normally with All-on-4?
Yes! After initial healing, you can eat virtually anything—steak, apples, corn on the cob, and more. Unlike traditional dentures that limit your diet, All-on-4 provides the stability and chewing power of natural teeth. During the first few weeks, you’ll stick to softer foods while healing, then gradually return to a normal diet.
What's the difference between All-on-4 and traditional dentures?
Traditional dentures rest on your gums and can slip, click, require adhesives, and cause sore spots. All-on-4 is permanently fixed to implants—no slipping, no adhesives, superior comfort, and much better chewing ability. All-on-4 also prevents bone loss and facial aging that occurs with traditional dentures.
